Learning to self-regulate our Zones is serious work that takes time and lots of practice. The award-winning The Zones of Regulation Tools to Try Cards are an easy, user-friendly way to introduce self-regulation strategies to kids ages 5–10 and adolescents ages 11–18+ as they explore, practice, and choose tools to help them regulate at home, in school, or in therapeutic and community settings. Follow along as Leah Kuypers and Elizabeth Sautter teach and reflect on different tools from the Tools to Try Cards for Kids and the Tools to Try Cards for Tweens & Teens that can be used alongside The Zones of Regulation curriculum.
